當您安裝 Splashtop Streamer 軟體在 Windows 8 作業系統，可能會導致關機後又重新開機的狀況，開機後顯示［您的個人電腦發生問題］錯誤訊息。
目前發生於 TOSHBA 筆電型電腦、作業系統 Windows 8、Splashtop Streamer v 1.7.5.5
解決方法是移除軟體，或是取消 Splashtop Streamer 自動更新至新版本。
